SoSt - Work songs
Explain the feeling that you get when you listen to these songs? I feel like it was kinda sad because that's the only way slaves would be able to entertain themselves with a dark topic like that.
What kind of information about slavery did you learn from these songs? That it had a bigger meaning behind them.
What can you relate to in any of these songs? working all day.
What do you think the slaves are talking about in these songs? How they would express how they are feeling in the songs.

10DTE - Yikes, you've been sitting wrong!
Yikes, You've Been Sitting Wrong!
Introduction
Over the past week in Digital Tech we have been working on ergonomic infographics and it was a huge challenge! I made a few mistakes along the way but it was definitely worth it. This infographic shows information about correct sitting posture and how to actually use the parts of your seat to your own benefit! I created this infographic using a free-to-use site called canva which is awesome for creating posters and infographics online!
Here are some examples of ways for better posture:
-Legs should bend over the leg just before where your knees are
-Your back should be straight against the seat for proper posture
-Your feet should be touching the ground to have more comfortably
Reflection
I have enjoyed working on this infographic and it has taught me more than I knew before about correct seating posture and the ergonomic uses of any computer chair. I have worked hard on presenting it well and making sure that it catches the readers eye.

10English -Jackson's Intro
In English, I had been given a task to create a piktochart (online poster website) about me. It displays different facts about me and shows the teacher and my class who I truly am!

Human Rights
In social studies, I've created a poster listing all thirty human rights and in order.
The first human right that I have chosen is no torture - having no torture is a human right that makes the world a safe place.
Second human right I picked is freedom to move - freedom of movement is important for any activity.
third human right is marriage and family - having marriage and family helps the ability to have love for others and relationships.
fouth human right is food and shelter - this is super important to live and health.
last/fifth human right is a fair and free world - this helps towards equality and freedom.

10Mn Class treaty
In social studies, have a class treaty in 10Mn (in our class) because we needed it for equality and class rights. We signed it so everyone in our class shares those rules/rights to make this class have an agreement. They both are made of paper, they are both written with ink. It is different to the Waitangi treaty because our class treaty isn't as formal or signed by as many people.
We all signed this treaty for proof of confirmation from every single person in this class. This shows that we agreed to follow this treaty to the best of our abilities.

How is our class treaty the same as the Treaty of Waitangi?
I would say that a couple of similarities would be that it is both signed by mainly 2 parties (in our case the Teacher and the Students). Also, another reason is that they both decide on something that helps both parties (in our case it helps everyone be respected and comfortable).
How is our class treaty different than the Treaty of Waitangi?
I would say that a few differences would be that Our treaty was signed in the modern day (2018) rather than the Treaty of Waitangi (1840). Another difference would be that our treaty was signed only for a size of 1 class rather than the Treaty of Waitangi which was signed for pretty much the whole of New Zealand.
